Pune: US-headquartered IT services firm Ensono has appointed Shweta Sharma as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition for its India operations, as the company accelerates the expansion of its workforce and strengthens its talent strategy across the country.
In her new role, Shweta Sharma will lead the transformation of Ensono’s talent acquisition function in India, focusing on building scalable, future-ready recruitment models aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
Prior to joining Ensono, Shweta Sharma led talent acquisition for multiple Stores Tech business lines at Amazon, where she partnered closely with senior leadership to build high-performing recruiting teams and deliver strong technology hiring outcomes.
Commenting on the appointment, Veena Khandke, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Ensono India, said that Shweta Sharma’s experience in scaling talent acquisition strategies and embedding Diversity and Inclusion principles closely aligns with Ensono’s people-first vision.
